It is an housing complex  of 3 villas in Foçaköy/Izmir, in which the settlement of villas totally respects the inclined topografical conditions of the site, as creating terraces in different levels. 

 

In the internal utilization strategy of the villas, the private areas are organized on the basement floor creating an interface with the pool and garden, whereas the daily living spaces are positioned on the ground  floor.
